How can I get involved?

Join our Community and Spread some Joy

We truly could not do what we do without the support of our wonderful volunteers, and we are so grateful you’re interested in joining us!

Open to All

Inclusion is at the root of everything we do, volunteering included! All adults are welcome to volunteer with The Garden Foundation and there are no special qualifications required to help us empower our clients and spread kindness to the Las Vegas Community.

Share Your Passion with Our Community

Our clients love when volunteers share their hobbies and skills with them. Two of our volunteers, a Zumba fanatic and a bedazzling aficionado, recently teamed up to lead a “Sweat and Sparkles” class and it was a perfect way for our members to explore new interests while having tons of fun. Another one of our lovely volunteers taught our clients how to make cut-and-tie fleece blankets that we delivered to the homeless shelter as part of our Service Saturday initiative.

Is there an activity you would love to teach The Garden Foundation clients in our Day Program? Sign up below and we’ll make it happen!

Service Saturday

One Saturday each month, The Garden Foundation clients, staff, and volunteers participate in a community service outing to support local organizations and those in need. Volunteering at one of our monthly outings is a great way to support an inclusive community and have tons of fun with our clients!

How to Apply

Just click the button below to tell us a little bit about yourself, your interests, and if you prefer to volunteer at special events or within our GROW Program! We’ll keep this on file and when we have a volunteer opportunity that’s a match we’ll reach out!

“What I love most about volunteering at The Garden Foundation is what the clients have to teach us about acceptance, unconditional love, and what we all have in common

Dorothy Benner, Board Member and Volunteer

“When you walk through the doors at The Garden Foundation you feel the difference right away. It’s filled with light and joy and everyone is accepted for who they are.

Makenzi Solis, Day Program Coordinator

“A very enriching, passionate, no-judgement, loving and structured zone!! One that I have never been able to feel as a volunteer, anywhere else! I’m so happy I found a place that I feel like I belong! Thanks for accepting me into your amazing world! Best place on earth.
